Vijay Mehta & Co originally was a sole proprietorship firm with Mr. Vijay Mehta being the sole proprietor who started the practice in 1981. In late 2005, Vijay Mehta & Co was converted into partnership firm by introducing Mr. Mrinal Mehta as a partner.
